Software

• All software and user guides are digital downloads, there is no physical media supplied
• The licenced/registered software is hardware locked to the computer it is installed on
• Licenced/registered trial versions of the software can be installed on 1 computer, whilst licenced/registered full versions can be installed on 2 computers
• An upgrade to a full version can only be purchased for an existing trial version, and you are logged into that account the licence was purchased on
• A trial version can be upgraded to a full version, even if it has expired
• There will be free updates and issue fixes (except major version changes)
• Help is via email, the 'Contact' web page, or the 'Forum'
• Please read the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) before the software is installed

Conversion Credits

• Conversion Credits can be purchased when the free 10 conversions per day have been used
• Converting 1 file (FCM, GSD/GST, Studio/Studio 3) will cost 1 Conversion Credit
